Refunds
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your data
Delete your account in the app, or email us and we'll delete your account and collection. Privacy policy.
A value looks wrong. What should I do?
Values come from recent sold prices on StockX, GOAT, and eBay, matched to the model, size, and condition you selected. Check those details on the item first. If it still looks off, email us the item name and we'll look into the match. Values are informational estimates, not appraisals — more on that here.
Where is the Android app?
MyValue is launching on iPhone first. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when Android is ready.
I didn't get my waitlist confirmation email.
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from MyValue. Still nothing? Join again with the same address on the homepage and we'll re-send it.
How do I stop waitlist emails?
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or email us and we'll remove you.
